Please Note: We do not haul the waste away. We double bag it and place it in your trash can or a designated area of your choosing.

Why Hire a Scooper?

  • No one likes to step in dog poop and spread it into homes, cars, businesses etc
  • Your dog doesn't like to step in dog poop and drag it into the house either
  • You are too busy & don't have time
  • Families with several dogs who need help regularly keeping the back yard clean from dog poop
  • You enjoy a fresh lawn
  • Those with physical limitations which make it difficult or impossible to clean up after their pets
  • Dog poop contains bacteria and parasites that can be transmitted via dog poop and cause serious health hazards to you and your dog
  • Dog waste can cause odors, flies and can damage your lawn

Is there an extra charge for the first time clean-up?

No. We are very upfront about our pricing. Your first clean-up is included in your regular service rate, regardless of the condition of your yard. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Can I choose my service day(s)?

To ensure you receive the best value, we organize our routes by location. This allows us to keep pricing competitive while doing our utmost to provide service at a time that works best for you.

How do I pay & what payment methods do you accept?

We automatically generate a custom invoice for you here which you can pay by credit / debit and apple pay.

If you prefer to pay by cash, check or Zelle, please fill out the contact form.

Can you work with my dog in the yard?

Yes 10000%! We love them! However, if your dog is uncomfortable with strangers, or if it prevents us from cleaning the yard, we kindly request that you restrain or confine your pet. Our priority is to avoid any unnecessary risks to both your dog and our staff.

Is your equipment sanitized?

Yes, we sanitize all equipment before and after each visit.

Do you work through the winter?

Yes, we work year round.

What happens when it rains or the weather is bad?

We operate in various weather conditions, but extreme weather beyond our control, such as heavy rain, lightning, floods, intense heat, freezing temperatures, ice, or snow, may prevent us from working.

If we cannot perform our services, we will resume on the next scheduled service day. The monthly rate will stay the same, as we will collect twice the amount of waste on the subsequent visit.

How often should I schedule service?

The frequency depends on your specific needs:

  • Weekly service: Ideal for most households with 1-3 dogs
  • Twice weekly service: Recommended for households with 4+ dogs or limited yard space
  • Every Two Weeks service: Suitable for smaller dogs
  • Monthly service: Best for occasional maintenance

Do I need to be home during the service?

No, most of our clients provide access through gate codes or leave gates unlocked on service days. We will send you a text when we are on the way to service. In addition, we'll send you a confirmation photo when we've completed the job, so you know we've been there.
